Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were so nice and quiet; we even received a complimentary upgrade for my partner's birthday, along with a lovely birthday dessert. The bathrooms were luxurious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the decor is a bit dated and could use a refresh.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were relaxing, with a spacious bedroom and separate living room, but the poor design made it challenging with two beds against the same wall and a noisy AC that couldn't be silenced. The service was fantastic; the staff was enthusiastic and took great care of us during our stay. The location was convenient for shopping and dining but a bit far from downtown. The dining experience was a bit overpriced, yet the food was delicious. Overall, the facilities were decent, but the rooms could use some improvements.
Staying at the hotel felt like having my own private apartment, although the room design wasn't perfect, with two beds against the same wall and a non-working form that couldn't block out noise. The room's size exceeded my expectations from the photos, delivering a spotless and pleasantly scented environment.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, unfortunately, had a view of construction, but it was not the hotel's fault. The location in the spa was a bit blah and lacked some basic amenities like good lighting, easy-to-find outlets, and a coffee machine. On the bright side, the service was overall pleasant, although the accounting department caused a delay in refunding and addressing incidental charges. The hotel's location had its charm, starting from the entrance, but it was a bit far from Downtown and the main attractions of the city. The dining experience was a mix of fantastic with a great location but also overly expensive, especially the $45/night parking. Despite its flaws, the hotel had some delightful facilities to offer.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The setup of the rooms felt a bit inconvenient with a strange layout and a view of construction. However, the staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was good for shopping and dining, but a bit far from the main city attractions. The dining options were pricey and not the best value for money.
